Carol knows the importance of health and nutrition and has made it part of her life plan to motivate others to cultivate a healthy, balanced lifestyle where fitness is a key component.  Core Training, Functional Exercise, Strengh & Conditioning, H.I.T.T. and Tabata training are among some of Carol’s key tools in aiding people to realize their fitness goals.

Carol’s professional teaching background has lent itself nicely to both the individualized personal training she provides and in the group fitness & specialty classes she leads (TO THE CORE, BUILD & BURN, RIPPED and Get Booted, BOOTCAMP!). Her skills as a former high school teacher and now currently a  college professor have allowed Carol to draw on these skills to provide organized, creative and structured fitness plans that are both motivating and results driven. Carol’s energetic personality allows her to work with clients looking to reach goals that range from marathon training, sports & strength training to weight loss and lifestyle fitness goals. Carol regularly attends continuing educations workshops in order to keep her skills honed and current in all the new fitness findings that focus on CORE strength and functional training.

“My goal is to improve the quality of life of those whom I interact with and empower them with the tools they need to achieve their goals.”
